The main house comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and features four bedrooms, including two primary suites (one with a cozy fireplace), along with multiple living spaces designed for connection and comfort. It’s a home where everyone can spread out while still feeling together.
For even larger groups, a separate guest house is available as an add-on and can accommodate up to 4 additional guests, making this property a unique option for large family gatherings or group trips.

Some what, but we enjoyed 4 rooms, my grandchildren enjoyed playing with movies and game. Trash is thrown out dishwasher has leftovers dishes and towels on top washer. One remotes for tv wasn't working. Just before,but husband said it just new battery. Thank you, we enjoyed our visit.

Lindsay's family's home was fabulous!!! Very spacious, luxurious and clean. My friends and family and I loved the double ovens for cooking, the extra counters for work space. We loved the extra blankets and lap blankets for game night in the living room.The extra pool towels and the size of the pool! I Feel like the pool in the pictures does not give justice to the size and the depth of it. Its a picture perfect back drop from coffee on the porch, to pix of our friends floating. The cute squirrels, the trees, its an absolute hidden gem. We cannot wait to come back and will also get the extra guest house on property too. Lindsay was great with communication and helped with questions we had. 10 outa 10 recommend! Thx for sharing this magnificent home

Lindsey was so easy to contact, fast to respond. House (bedrooms, bathrooms) worked perfectly for the 6 of us, fun and amazing pool. Location was great - quiet, peaceful, yet just minutes from the center of Twain Harte. Didn't need a thing except groceries. We will definitely re-book again.

This Vrbo exceeded expectations! The house had everything and more to make our family comfortable. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Lindsey was very fast to respond and very helpful. We loved our stay and plan on returning.
