Full kitchen, nice size living room, 2 bedroom and a bathroom with a shower stall. Includes a washer/dryer. Nice restaurants, great walking trail thru the park, golf course just down the road and warm springs creek across the street

The house is small, cozy, warm and very clean. We sat out on the back porch and watched the deer, listened to the crickets and marveled at the serenity. Such a peaceful vacation. We would definitely stay there again. Our host's were very accommodating. Can't say enough good things about our stay except thank you for a wonderful time.

We had a rough start, the home was not as clean as we would have expected! Crumbs on counter & in drawers, bathroom & shower needed bleaching! Dishes & cutlery also needed attention! The floors had not been swept or washed! And under the beds surely need attention! So needless to say we did all that! I messaged the host & requested the cleaning fee be taken off our bill, with no reply!
Also there was a very very strong aroma of maybe febreeze or some type of spray - so bad, we washed all the linens - opened all the windows for 3 days - before it subsided enough to not burn our eyes & sinuses! I had to go buy 2 pillows for the one bedroom as they were horrendous! (Maybe someone had washed them) there was nothing left!
We did add on 2 extra days - the property is in a great location & parking for us was perfect as we were down for the Mustang car show & had an extra vehicle & trailer!
I also spoke to an Expedia person when booking the extra 2 nights & mentioned the above & was told to deal with the host - which there was no response to the cleaning fee! Needless to say we were a little disappointed
But the property has huge potential & is quiet & serene! Deer wandering around, the park across the street! I would book it again if I was assured the cleaner had performed their job! And no sprays or plug ins!! They were horrible!!
Also a little barbecue would be recommended as it’s a small place & the oven heats the house pretty quick!
So lots of good & some bad!
