Very nice unit. Friendly residents and staff. We've rented here for several summer vacations. A discount for return guests would be a nice gesture for customer loyalty.

*The bedroom of this condo is right off of a very busy road so we heard motorcycles all night long.
*The curtains in the bedroom are completely see through so the sunlight fills the room as soon as the sun comes up...which was earlier than we wanted.
*Updates seemed to be the bare minimum in order to use the word updated!
*Having the extra half bath is convenient if you have friends visit.
*The cleaning company did a HORRIBLE job before we got there! We had to clean most everything ourselves upon arrival. There were large piles of dirt, dust, and sand on the floor. The fridge had something growing in it when we first opened it.
*We did not find the mattress to be comfortable, but that is us.
*We suggest you bring your own linens based on the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived.
*You have a great ocean view from the balcony, but the balcony is tight.
*The lock on the balcony sliding door is broken.
