Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just south of where Atlantic Boulevard and A1A meet, you’re only minutes from the sand, splash pads, fishing pier, parks, shopping, breweries, and some of the area’s best dining. IMPORTANT: Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and meant to be enjoyed by guests looking to rest, relax, and soak up the sun. Please note that as with all residential properties in Broward County, there is a noise ordinance in effect all hours of the day with strict quiet hours begin at 10pm.

*Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 21 years old. **(Guests with reservations containing dates in the month of March MUST be 25 years of age or older to book, There are no exceptions)
🪪 Guests must submit an ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.
🗑️ Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines, including taking the trash out to the bins. We do have valet trash service that will take the bins out for guests.
📣 Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforce,d and parties are NOT permitted
🛋️ Furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
⛔️ There are SECURITY CAMERAS on the exterior patio area; these can not be turned off during guests' stay and are there to comply with the city for complaint issues.
✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

There is a maximum of 4 cars that are allowed to be parked inside the driveway.
Guest Access:
Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There are two locked closets inside the house that is off-limits to all guests.

Head north to Boca Raton and Palm Beach or South to world Famous South Beach where you can find everything you are looking for. Pompano Beach borders Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to the middle of the action. There are multiple airports in the surrounding area and shopping, dining, nightlife and most importantly the beach only a few blocks away!

I have rented vacation homes at least twice a year for the past 15 years & have never left a negative review. We were excited to stay here as the pictures were beautiful, the location was right and the communication with Mr Walker leading up to our visit was outstanding. I wrote a very inclusive review but got cut short before I could finish so I'll make it short. If your family is even an inch over 6' tall, watch your head and step. There are random steps up and down everywhere. If you have balance issues, this is not the place for you. The whole house leans so far toward the back that my mother lost her balance several times. The backyard is a wreck. The pool is nice but don't expect it to look like the pictures taken on a wide angle lens they posted. Yes they are clear about noise but my family is not loud. It would have been nice to enjoy the patio in the evening. Jeff insisted the lights were on a timer but they never did come on. Once it was dark, it was pitch black and we couldn't go outside. He said there was a switch in the house but that wasn't working either. He said they'd look into it and that never happened. The front porch light was also out and that never got fixed either. Nevermind that the bed in the master felt like it had rocks under it. I hate leaving ugly reviews but it's warranted here. I wonder if the owner has every stayed in their house or if it meets their expectations for their vacation. I guess you get what you pay for.
