About this house rental
This exquisite home is unlike any other in Wilmington and Dover. Newly renovated with attention to every detail and beautifully located across the street from both The Hermitage Club and Haystack Mountain. Literally within minutes from Mt Snow, this is the perfect retreat for you and friends to relax, ski, or enjoy the nearby lakes. Designed to be the perfect retreat for the guest with the most discriminating taste.
Each of the four floors has its own feel, whether it’s the first floor where you are met with a beautiful, refinished mudroom designed to store all your snow or lake gear. This floor takes you over newly reclaimed hardwood floors into living quarters, joined by a full rustic bathroom and bedroom, supplied with a queen size bed.
Walk upstairs and you are met with breath-taking views of Haystack Mountain, along with the chair lifts of Hermitage Club. This floor has been designed for you to relax in front of a wall to ceiling stone fireplace while enjoying a glass of wine or sitting with family and friends in the dining room for dinner. The joining room is equipped with one of the most comfortable sectional sofas which you can enjoy your favorite Netflix show after a day on the slops or at the lake.
The third floor consists of 3 carpeted bedrooms (2 king, 1 queens), and a full bathroom, not to mention a full outside balcony where you can take a closer look at the views and the scenery.
Continue up one more flight of stairs to the fourth floor where you enter a fully renovated wall to wall carpeted space that consist of 2 queen size beds, as well as a bunk bed (bottom: queen, top: full). This is such a great room that easily sleeps 7 comfortably for a family, or a perfect space for a kids retreat. The newly finished full bathroom adds a nice touch in completing this space.
Truly one of the best attractions of this house, besides its cozy feel, is the location. It literally is a 30 second drive to the opening gates of the Hermitage Club, minutes from Mt Snow and easy access to the VAST trails, some of the best snowmobiling tails on the east coast.

The pictures listed do not do the property justice. The house is beautiful with many new updates. It is cozy and clean and the beds and bedding are wonderful. Would definitely rent this again.
