About this apartment rental
New for 2026/27! King bed and queen murphy. *We recommend 2 adults max, but can accomodate a small family of 5. (5th bed is a sofa sleeper).
This is a beautifully appointed, spacious modern style studio unit at The Lodge at Mountain Village in Park City Base Area.
You'll have access to the pool, hot tub, and the free bus into town.
Best location in town w/ access to ski lifts, ice rink, shops & dining, activities, and just a quick jaunt Old Town! Steps from the PayDay lift at PCMR and you can ski-in/ski-out from the ski locker room. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and a fitness center. You can't beat the location (no rental car needed)! Covered parking available for a $500 fully refundable deposit*.
The condo is located IN Park City Resort Base Area. You really can't get any closer than our complex to the main lift, PayDay and ski-in to First Time lift. The village ice rink is right outside our door, and the city bus also picks up at the edge of the base area (just steps away!)
You can walk or take the bus to Old Town, we are about a 3/4 of a mile from the bottom of Main Street.
You also have underground parking spot in the village!

Very easy check in and out. Huge plus that you can use the parking permit. Great for convenience and keeps your car out of the weather. Host is very easy to communicate with and answered any questions quickly. Great spot for skiing.

This was an amazing location for skiing. Walk right out the door and you are on the slopes. Kitchen was stocked enough for us to cook meals and bus stops right out the door. Lots of food options close by plus ice skating!

Great location!! Comfortable loft could use a little maintenance and TLC…..thermostat in fridge doesn’t work right, eggs froze the first night. A few light bulbs need changing, dimmer switch doesn’t work, outdated signage about robes that are no longer provided. Nothing major, but attention to details makes the difference between 3 stars and 5.
