• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
*MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
• Check-In 5pm (strictly enforced May - Sept & holidays)

• We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season. Just send us a message to see if it's an option for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings.
• Any pets (non-shedding small dogs in off-season) must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include a pet fee.
• WiFi is not strong and is not good for games or streaming. Only for casual browsing and checking emails. Wifi service is not guaranteed.

They call this a cabin but it is a very large cabin. I call it a very nice home. All the amenities were just as described. The place was beautiful and the location was peaceful. The theatre room was amazing and so was the hot tub. All things were very nice. The only complaints would be the wifi is not always the hest, and the sink in tue master bedroom and kitchen looks amazing but isnt very pratical. Other tuan tuat we loved every minute of our stay here.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed—kitchen essentials, fresh linens, and even some thoughtful extras like board games and local guides.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but was about a 30 minute drive to anything located in Branson. We were there during the off season so we didn’t get to use the pools but there were so many other amenities (basketball, pickleball, volleyball, arcade room, etc) that it didn’t matter. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

This property is lakeside, no clear walk path to the shore or view of lake. Trees need to be trimmed to be able to see the lake. No dock and slip for a boat. Outdated. Couldn’t figure out how to work the fire table. Grill was full of grease. Long drive to get groceries. Long drive to use amenities advertised to go with this cabin (pool, mini golf).
The movie room was nice, bedrooms and bathrooms sufficient and nicely laid out. All appliances worked. That kitchen sink is strange (designed like a windy stream). Master bathroom has the same strange sink. Also the kitchen sink is too tall for the average woman to use.
We appreciate the property for a one time visit…won’t return to it the next visit to Table Rock Lake.
