How good it would be to stand by the fire inside this cottage, while the snowstorm is doubling down outside.
How good it would be in summer to sit quietly on the beautiful terrace, sit on a deckchair to admire the natural scenery.
The centre of the village is 5 minutes away, with all the shops and essential services: butcher, bakery, newsagent, café, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor.
Located 3 km from the town of GERARDMER
Many activities are offered to you:
In winter downhill skiing, 2 steps from the resort Le Poli (350m), ideal for beginners.
In Gérardmer (5 km) and Bresse (10 km), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing etc...
In summer, countless hikes, mountain biking, summer sledging, swimming at the lake of Longemer 1.5 km away, fishing, excursions/walks in nearby Alsace.
You will also find several medium-sized supermarkets, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, cinema, casino in Gérardmer.
Very nice unobstructed view, 5 minutes from the town center of GERARDMER, lakes and ski slopes.

Possibility to go hiking from the house.
* First floor, a large living room:
- a fully equipped kitchen open to dining room (food processors, dishes, dishes, etc.), oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, barbecue.
Dining room: large table for 6 people
- The living room: 1 3-seater sofa, 1 armchair, internet, TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, board games, wood stove
* on the first floor,
-Bathroom with shower
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (new bedding)
- Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack
* Upstairs:
2 bedrooms equipped with new bedding:
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds (drawer) of 90X200.
-A bathroom
Other equipment: iron and ironing board, 1 hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
BB equipment provided free of charge (travel cot, high chair, stroller).
Possibility to rent bed linen 20€ / bed. Bath towel 5€ . 8€ = ( 1 large + 1 small)
Decreasing rates from €830 to €510 excluding charges (electricity consumption)
Per week excluding holidays: 510€, Summer: 720 €, Winter 740€
Christmas and New Year's Eve 830 €
Possibility to rent on weekends at the price of 250 €, Outside school holidays.
Holiday vouchers accepted.
Electricity to be paid according to consumption on the day of departure, We will read the electricity meter on arrival and departure.
Possibility of purchasing firewood on site.
* The chalet must be left clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of €80 will be required.
We also own the
"Chalet les Epilobes Atypique" and the Chalet "Les Mésanges cocooning"
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The house must be made clean. The garbage emptied.
