** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer.
** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender.
** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying.
** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.
** Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
** Neighboring construction noise will impact the property through July 2026.

Perfect location right at the base of PCMR. Steps to payday lift and ski school. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel puts on activities routinely. Plenty of space at the hot tubs and heated pool outside. Smores and hot dog roasts by the fire outside. Very happy with the hotel. Plan to be returning customers!

Listing was accurate and better than expected. Very spacious room. Has a large shower and separate tub. King bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit, fairly modern kitchen with everything needed to cook meals every day. Owner requested a top floor unit which was nice for a view of the slopes (looks down directly at the payday express lift. Getting to slopes is pretty simple, take elevator down, walk out the back door and through the pool area (~50 steps) over to payday express or crescent lift. Close to beginner lifts as well. Ski in has a close path to walk back and take the elevator up. Probably the best ski-in ski-out in the main area of park city unless you go for an exorbitantly large house. Main purpose was to ski, so didn't do a lot of exploring of the main area and town, but it was pretty close to a main bus stop (free public transit).

Our family has outgrown our 2bedroom timeshare at Mountainside, so we rented a 1 bedroom villa thru Vacation candy. The extra space was perfect. The rental process was very easy. We love staying at Mountainside (our 18th year). The whole place is clean and well maintained. Our family skied, enjoyed the hot tubs and pool, did the dinner sleigh ride, went tubing, ate at many restaurants ( both slope side and in town), used the fitness center, watched a magic show and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit!!
