View from back is okay and you can hear the Dollywood express and people screaming on the coasters in the distance from the front. Close to town but still out a bit. First thing you see when you walk in is a large ceiling stain from water leakage in master bath which is a very slow drain. Woke up to cook breakfast for the family and the only frying pans were rusty and Teflon scratched away bad. The rest of the dishes were just fine. But was disappointed at not being able to spend that time with homemade food and family. Games need better upkeep and some bedroom doors don’t stay closed from gaps and had loose hinges. Sliding glass door was in bad shape and hard to open and shut. Basement smells of mold and has had water leaks . Other small things too. Overall this place would be excellent if it had some maintenance done.
