All parking needs to be on the property and not the street. The Town of South Fork can and will impose fines on you as the renter.

The Lucky Duck on the Rio Grande is a beautiful spacious lodge in a scenic location close to South Fork, but still felt tucked away on the river. Felt brand new & clean, but still the rustic mountain cabin aura, with plenty of room & amenities for multiple families. The host was responsive & helpful & gracious & friendly.Hot tub & fire pit are great amenities.2 master bedroom setups downstairs major plus! Can’t wait to visit the Lucky Duck & South Fork again!

This place was even better than the pictures. We ended up having 19 of my kids and grandkids with us from Kansas ( a flat land) and everyone had room to sleep and a place to eat. The house was wonderful, and had all the things that we needed to make our 5 days a wonderful memory. We loved the location to Pagosa Springs and the Hippy Hot Springs and Rafting down the river, and also the Reservoir which was not far. We spent the day there just enjoying the trails and the beautiful water on the lake. Overall, one of our best VRBO vacations ever.
