Brilliant light shines through the abundant windows and lights the fabulous interior. Vaulted ceilings create an open spacious feel. Relax on the expansive covered deck.
View the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the ground level porches or from spacious upstairs Master Bedroom which opens on to a private terrace with an expansive view of the white sandy beaches below. The terrace affords privacy and an unobstructed view you will never forget.

The downstairs master bedroom is a queen size bed and a twin over full bunk bed and the upstairs master bedroom is a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There are three roll away beds available for extra guests.

We had the best time at Water’s Edge! We took my in-laws to AP for a second Thanksgiving break and it was perfect! They do not do well with too many stairs so this was an excellent place to stay. The back porch was amazing and the walkway to the beach was awesome! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every night we were there. We have been visiting AP for over 10 years, this was one of the best houses we have rented. The hosts are super friendly as well. Top notch!

This is a wonderful place to stay and had everything we needed for the week that we stayed. Check in was a breeze and the internet was perfect for the day that I had to work. The layout is very spacious with lots of seating and space for games and puzzles. The boardwalk was nice when going to the beach and the view was spectacular. We cooked our meals and the kitchen was well equipped with what was needed. We only left once to go to Apalachicola for seafood, ice cream and some shopping. We hope to come back.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated without feeling overly fussy. The views are incredible and I loved having an outdoor deck with shade. Owner was incredibly communicative and helpful. We hope to return!
