About this apartment rental
This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.
These are the initial products we supply:
Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.
This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.
The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.
"The Rental Agreement must be handwritten, signed, and sent to us, along with a copy of ID for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.
A refundable security deposit of $ 500 is required for the monthly rental
We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.
Because this is a Duplex we have a restrictive policy for dogs:
We do not allow a dog in the pool area
We do not allow a dog unleash in our property

It was as expected based on pictures. Great communication. Place was clean. Beach is .4-.5 miles easy walk. Great restaurants same distance. It does get a bit hot at night in the bedrooms though fans help. They want you to run dishwasher and wash towels at checkout though do not provide the soap. I would recommend you bring dishwasher and laundry pods. Our towels were not fresh and I’m thinking the guest before us did not buy laundry soap.

Beautiful view. Roomy. Comfortable. Private. Warm and clean pool. Excellent location. 6 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Private parking right in front.

Give it 3.5 stars. Location is good. Walking distance to beach.Pool is nice with canal view. Home needs some updating. Stopped up kitchen sink that would not drain. Trash pick up was inconsistent. Having to do laundry before leaving is not what we are used too. Having everyones license to rent the prooerty is not the norm we are used too. Communication was good.
