Host had excellent communication skills. He kept us up-to-date about the property, check in/check out, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. House was gorgeous and clean!

The home was 5 star, all the upgrades and decor were well done and very comfortable. The location is perfect to get to Santa’s village and the downtown area of lake arrowhead. The parking however was very challenging as the drive is unbelievable steep and narrow. Dispute the no street parking signs we had no option but to park on the street. Our SUV could not make it up the driveway.

Great location. FYI. 3 stories plus a 1 story walk up. Tricky staircase and walk up with loose bricks. Wouldn’t stay with toddlers. Place could use a refresher paint job. But other than that it was clean, bathrooms were nice, and a/c worked great.
