About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house for rent in Saint-Rémy-des-Landes, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 700 m² outdoor space. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 28 m² living room with dining area and open kitchen
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Mezzanine with sofa and TV
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private green space of around 700 m² and a small private courtyard sheltered from the wind with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Rémy-des-Landes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets are nearby. The nearest beach is just 3.3 km from the accommodation.
Activities :
- Sports: surfing, cycling, sailing, horse-riding, coastal hiking, fishing.
- Sightseeing: coastal nature park, bird sanctuary
- Historic monuments nearby (Mont Saint Michel 1h30 away).
- Towns and villages within easy reach: Portbail (10 min), Barneville-Carteret (15 min), Bricquebec (25 min), Sortosville (La maison du cookie - 20 min), Cherbourg (50 min), Coutances (Cathédrale - 35 min), Granville (1h)
- Full-day excursion to one of the Channel Islands of Jersey or Guernsey
- The landing beaches of Utah and Omaha beach are 45 min and 1h away respectively.
