About this apartment rental
Extended stay ( 2 weeks or more) furnished 1 bedroom apartment above my shop adjacent to my house. Secure with locked gate and enclosed area below for dogs or play, very private and we probably won’t even meet each other unless a problem. I provide all utilities/amenities including WiFi and Spectrum cable/Roku pay-for-view. Somewhat in the rural area of Medford, 15 min. to airport and downtown, 10 min.to Jacksonville, 25 min. to Ashland, bus stop 1 mile. Store, gas, deli, ATM across the street.
The space
Steet in front of unit can be somewhat noisy during the day but well insulated and still quiet. I work in the shop
below for a few hours in the mornings on most day on my cars. Probably not right for a day sleeper.

Other things to note
The ceilings above appliances and side of bed are gabled to 4 feet on 2 walls- see pictures, may have to watch your head.

I stayed here for almost three weeks while waiting to get into my new home. The location was nice, with a convenience store across the street. I would stay again!
