Perfect vacation apartment—very spacious at 150 square meters with 3 bedrooms. Few apartments of this size can accommodate large families of up to 10 people. Located in the El Laguito neighborhood, a residential-tourist area, with ocean views and beach access just across the street.
It’s located in a very safe area, with many restaurants and bars nearby. 24-hour security at the building entrance.
Approximately 100 meters from the Hilton Hotel.

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 people, but can accommodate up to 10 with the use of an air mattress.
- 1st bedroom. 2 queen-size beds, each measuring 1.40 x 1.90. Air conditioning and fan. En-suite bathroom. Queen-size air mattress.
- 2nd bedroom. Queen-size bed (1.60 x 1.90), air conditioning. En-suite bathroom.
- 3rd bedroom, Queen-size bed (1.60 x 1.90), air conditioning. Shared bathroom.
-Balcony where smoking is permitted.
-Living/dining room.
-Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove.
-Laundry area with washer/dryer.

The apartment has good space and company friendly just no loud music and shouting stores and restaurants are in the perfect location and Hollywood beach is about a 6 minute walk the host is amazing and she responds quickly if there is a problem she's like working with a super host I would definitely book with her again she's a 10 out of 10
