Recently renovated as of March 2025! New bedrooms and renovated bathrooms. If you want fresh finishes with a safe and unmatched location, look no further! Our secure (gated 8 ft fence, 8 security cameras and 24 hour private security patrol) and private 3 bedroom/4 full en suite bathroom listing is located on the first floor of our beautiful, newly restored home in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. The listing has its own private entrance and is completely private from the remainder of the home. We also want you to know that we treat our guests the way we would like to be treated on our vacations, like you are friends and family. We take care of any issues (if they arise) immediately.

The listing is located between Magazine St. with its wide array of shopping, dining, bars, art galleries and antiques and St. Charles Avenue with its historic New Orleans streetcar line. It is also just a 5-10 minute drive to the French Quarter, and a short walk to the uptown Mardi Gras parade route. In addition, at least four of the best restaurants in New Orleans are within 2-4 blocks from our home: Shaya, La Petite Grocery, Lillette, and Coquette. Many other great, casual restaurants and bars are also in the immediate vicinity.

Everything in this freshly renovated unit is new- all the beds, mattresses, furniture etc. This unit has an open living/dining/kitchen area with its own private full bathroom, complete with granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom; Bedroom 2 has one king bed and a private full bath; Bedroom 3 has one queen bed with a private full bathroom. That's right, every bedroom has its own private/full bathroom!! There is also another full bathroom off the living room! That's a total of 4 full bathrooms! The apartment is fully furnished and renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures, along with all the silverware, utensils, plates, and linens you will ever need during your stay being provided. Wifi internet access provided. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer is also in the apartment for your use (and a couple of detergent pods).

We provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and soap in each bathroom, as well as enough Keurig coffee pods for two days of coffee, sugar, spenda, creamer, etc for your coffee. There is also a full sized coffee pot with filters if you prefer, though you will need to provide your own coffee. If there is something that you may need during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide it!

Our family lives in the top 2 floors of the house, so we are on site to accommodate any needs you might have, and we love to help our visitors with local color on shopping, dining, and sightseeing, directions and other hot local tips. However, the unit has its own private entrance, so you will only interact with us if you need us. Because we live onsite, we make sure that the unit is spotless and clean, and that all the linens (including the comforters) are cleaned post each visit.

In order to alleviate any concerns you may have regarding your safety and security while you are staying in New Orleans, we have implemented several security measures. The property is surrounded by an eight foot iron gate and requires a private code to enter. We change the code after each guest leaves. In addition, we have security cameras around the property and a private security company patrols the neighborhood driving by our house every 5 minutes.

While none of our guests have every had any issues, our security cameras do cover the property for your ease of mind.

We are honest, professional long standing New Orleanians. If we accept your rental fee funds, then the rental is yours, period. That is how we roll.

House Rules:

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside the apartment or property. Any smoking will result in immediate request to vacate with loss of deposit. Guests are also required to be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without advance permission from owners. No events, gathering or parties on the property. Quiet hours are 8pm-9am. These will be strictly enforced.

This was a great space for family! Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and living space. Well-stocked. Bathrooms great, clean. Check-in and communication with owner easy and responsive. Location terrific for shops, restaurants. I will stay here again!

The Boswell House was the perfect location for our visit. The amenities and comfortable accommodations were great for our family’s needs. It is very clean! Jason was very easy to communicate with and was available for suggestions for places to see and eat!! Our stay was fabulous!
