Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the only building in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High Speed Internet to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the beach while working and learning remotely! We enjoyed out stay in Panama City Beach. The view from the condo of the gulf was perfect. The size of the patio and the chairs were perfect for having coffee or a glass of wine. The condo was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Our entire family came to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and this place was so amazing and accommodating. Clean, beautiful views, and right on the beach. It was beautiful!

The condo was clean and conveniently located, it was perfect for my wife and our parents. Don’t be concerned about the condo being on the 16th floor. The elevators are quite quick and there was minimal wait, unlike other high-rise condos we’ve stayed in. The condo was immaculately clean and overall well-stocked. We would stay again!

Been to PCB multiple times, but 1st time at GVE.
PROS
location was great, it was a Beach Front, great views of the beach and coast line from the 16th floor, close to grocery, a few fast food dining, attractions etc., for the most part the rental unit appeared as described from the pictures.
CONS
After a long drive we hoped to
Check in early that wasn’t available we’re told the unit wasn’t cleaned and Some other inspection items weren’t done this was around 1/2 PM, cool
No biggies we chilled at the beach and waited
at 3 pm the cleaners were just getting in from another unit in the building (we happen to be on the elevator together when they were headed to clean the unit) checkin was at 4pm the unit was not ready, we didn’t check until after 5pm, cleaning was rushed they cleared the trash out and it smelled better but the floors were dirty, kids feet were filthy walking around barefoot, the sofa (light tan) was a nice size but the cushions were stained/dirty and needed some tlc. My guest that slept on the sofa bed said they would rather sleep on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. Given that it was a holiday I would have hoped the property managers would had adequate help to make sure unit was available/clean on time
Skip the pool, super small compared to others on the strip and freezing cold
