We had a wonderful trip in a 3 BR Lockoff with our extended family. We were hoping for a more upgraded room without “older” carpeting due to allergies, but were told ahead that 3 BR Lockoffs are all still carpeted. We asked and were upgraded from a 2nd floor to a 3rd floor with the most spectacular view that by far made up for the old carpets. (The kitchen cabinets in the larger unit need to be replaced or at least the doors that seemed to be falling off). Our unit was nice and cool. Comfortable furniture in the living rooms and dining rooms. Great bathrooms, although could use a little refresh to the grout. The bed in the master was so hard that I got a frozen shoulder recurrence, but went for a massage at the spa. It helped. The dishwasher also needed help, but it ran. Only one of the two elevators in building 5 was working, so we had to go a longer way around. No big deal. The grounds are impeccably kept. Just beautiful. Everyone was friendly. The shuttles came by the lobby driveway area quite often and we used them. But, we also walked through Marina Village to get to all the activities that Atlantis has to offer. Marina village was full of restaurants, a lounge, ice cream, pizza, crafts, jewelry and more. Having the full use of Aquaventure while staying at Harborside was just fantastic. The family enjoyed their pools, rapid river and some slides. We did 15,000-17,000 steps a day but it was fine. A great trip!

We had previously stayed in one of the Tower condos at Atlantis but wanted to try a Villa to have more room for our family of four. We absolutely LOVED our 2br/2bath Villa. Very large bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and full kitchen with washer and dryer. It had all the comforts of home while still being in a great location, very quick and easy to get anywhere at Atlantis via a short walk or the Atlantis buses that run every 15 minutes. We will never do anything else when visiting Atlantis again in the future.

Our group of 10 had a 2bdrm with adjoining 1 bdrm and it was perfect. Best pool I have ever seen. Marina walk with shopping and dining next door. Lots of shuttles to various Atlantis sites. Friendly staff. Only complaint was the time it took to have extra room amenities delivered to room. Highly recommend the Harborside.
