Relax on one of the six lounge chairs while you enjoy your favorite book. Spend your evenings socializing with outdoor dinning seating for six then sit back and relax by the fire pit with seating for four. Finish off your perfect day in the warm spa with your favorite glass on wine.

This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 60-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan.The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a LG side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
The Family Room is where all the fun will take place. Watch or participate in numerous games such as a round of Billiards, Shuffleboard or Table Soccer. Plenty of room to hang out with seating for eight to enjoy the 53-Inch TCL with Roku Smart Television under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Extra sleeping room with a Queen-sized sofa sleeper.

This is a tough review to write since the house was utterly fantastic but the property manager was a barrier to a wonderful experience. The house is big and well stocked. Plenty of entertainment including lots of pool toys for the kids and a huge space with lots of seating. Everything was clean and organized even with labels on kitchen drawers. Wifi was flawless. The game room was a hit and again well stocked. But geez the property manager, Vacanza, was a huge pain in the butt. I always approach rentals knowing not everything will be perfect but they made everything slow and difficult. Despite VRBO already having all my information and credit card details the property manager harassed me for additional information incessantly. They even went so far as to cite that it was a California requirement to obtain the names of my guests (including kids) and my vehicle info and license plate. Tons of hoops. After this fun I asked 4 times about checking in early (4pm check in). At 3:03pm , after we already arrived in the area, I received a message that said for a 150 fee, I can check in at 12:30pm. You read that right. I complained and received a subsequent message saying they will accommodate me by allowing me to check in which was 30 mins prior to the 4pm check in time. They fee all sorts of things such as a fee per degree of pool/spa heating above the normal temp. I could go on but just be aware that this is a hassle and expect your eyes to roll any time you request something.
