About this apartment rental
Bright two-room apartment, in modern style, on the second floor without elevator located in the historic center of Florence. In a few steps you can reach all the main attractions of the city. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, living room with television, double bedroom with private bathroom and a second bathroom with a spacious shower.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.

Property was impeccably maintained and offered style and comfort beyond our expectations. The location was near groceries and all the sights Florence offers. We even explored more local environments where we felt part of the community. I would stay here over and over again.

Great stay, overall. Very modern apartment in a quieter part of town and easily walkable to major attractions. There were no check-in instructions, but when I reached out, the host had us meet him at the apartment. He helped us carry our luggage up the steep stairs and walked us through the place. He even provided a free bottle of prosecco! The only downside of the place was that the smaller bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell, so we didn't end up using it. Thankfully, the main bathroom was very nice and large. Overall, would reccomend!

We loved our two-week stay. We wanted to be close enough to the main sites but not in the thick of the crowds and noise. This quiet street was just blocks from the popular sites but also close to more local restaurants and bars, which we much preferred. More importantly, the supermarket was super close for grabbing things to cook. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and had a nice big fridge.
It was insanely hot in August, but the four AC units worked amazingly well.
I will share that we did find some of the linens to be dirty, but management responded and replaced them in a timely manner.
When we return to Florence, we'll be sure to see if this apartment is available again.
