Welcome to our cosy Villa minutes away from the sea!
Villa Robert with a fully fenced garden located in a residential area of Calpe, close to the beaches, close to the mountains, close to supermarkets. Quiet villa with garden and solarium for sun lovers. Large terrace equipped with sun loungers and magnificent view of the Peñon.. Communal pool.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room has 2 sofas and 2 recliners. You can enjoy British TV + NETFLIX, AMAZON etc. The dining area is equipped with a round table that can accommodate up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave + cookware.
The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 350m2 with different environments to enjoy the sun or the shade. It has gas central heating as well as air-conditioning throughout the house for the summer. The communal swimming pool is enjoyed by 20 other houses and is located a few meters away. INTERNET FIBRE 500MG WIFI access. Everything has been thought for you to enjoy a great holiday.

A short walk from our Villa, a pleasant promenade stretches connecting the historic center with the nautical club and the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park. Calpe boasts two sandy beaches perfect for a dip and others rocky, ideal for snorkelling.
At about 1km away you can find Aldi, Mercadona, and Consum which will satisfy your daily needs. A little further away, you will find Lidl, and the gourmet supermarket My Mercat, which offers a select variety of meats, vegetables, wines, and cheeses, both local and international. Not far from My Mercat you will also find the Baltica supermarket, specializing in Nordic products.
Restaurants, ice cream parlors, and terraces for leisure are located along the promenade and in the town area. Here, you can enjoy a rich culinary offer ranging from Italian and Vietnamese restaurants to Indian, Swiss, Spanish, and Argentinian grills.
Also nearby, there are Belgian-style bars and terraces.
If you are attracted to water adventures, the nautical club offers activities such as kayaking and sailing, while diving schools invite you to discover the underwater wonders of the area.

I had viewed the property during a changeover last year, booked it immediately and was not disappointed. Lovely and warm for a winter stay, in sunny and quiet location. I stayed on my own with my dog and found lots of places to walk close by without needing to get in the car and we both loved the garden. The villa was well equipped and communication with the owner was excellent. Hoping to be back another time.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, it was so comfy and cosy, a real home from home. On arrival the owners had left a bottle of wine to welcome us.
The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for your stay . Our dogs loved the pretty secure garden and the location was so peaceful but still within a short distance to shops, etc.
Communication with the owners was outstanding, they were very quick to respond and also very helpful on suggesting dog friendly beaches for our dogs.
I would definitely recommend staying at this villa and hopefully it won’t be too long before we are back.

Lovely Villa, comfortable & cosy with everything necessary for a perfect get away! We stayed for 4wks over Jan/Feb and enjoyed the very beautiful little garden as the sun shone on most days. Luis & Nathalie was always really quick to respond to enquiries when we had them and although we didnt actually get to meet up they couldn't of been more helpful! Thanks for a great stay! From day one fantastic communication. On arrival at the villa we were welcomed with a beautiful clean well presented and equipped accommodation with beautiful rooftop views and a gorgeous enclosed secure garden for our dogs. Everything we needed for our winter vacation. Beautiful and spotless very comfortable couldn’t have asked for more.
Only a short walk to the local supermarket which was very reasonable in price and had everything you needed.
Had fantastic tips from the owners as to what to do, places to visit and how to get there. You would need a car to get to some places and luckily for us we drove to Calpe.
We would definitely recommend this Villa, you will not be disappointed... we had such a lovely time we have already booked to return a again next year.
Thank you so much for your hospitality we arrived as strangers and left as friends.
