Our condo is your home away from home escape to the beach with three porches and ocean views from every window! Remodeled with all new furnishings in August of 2023! Relax in casual comfort with bright, fresh, clean new furnishings and the best oceanfront location on Carolina Beach. The Community Oceanfront Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Stairwell to Property. (Property is on Level 3) Private community boardwalk to the beach. Outdoor sand shower, Extra Locking Storage, Beach Chairs. Covered parking with parking lot overflow. Two vehicles maximum.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We recommend exploring Carolina Beach and Kure Beach on foot or by bike – they're super walkable and bike-friendly. You'll find safe pedestrian and bike routes, including the Island Greenway. Renting a golf cart or bike is easy, too, with several local rental companies. Golf carts are one of the easiest ways to cruise around the island. Rentals are simple to arrange, and once you're behind the wheel, you can zip along any road posted 35 mph or under.

The location and view are perfect and worth the reservation. Parking was plentiful. The property overall is comfortable but needs maintenance. The sliding door needs replacing asap as its the only door to the unit and barely works. The master bath and sink drain slowly and the master bedroom door does not close completely.

Overall, we did enjoy our vacation, here. A few things that we weren't crazy about was the condition of the entry and sliding doors. They were in terrible shape and the sliding door was dangerous to maneuver. My daughter hurt her hand while attempting to do so. They need replaced in a terrible way. The other thing that kind of bothered me was having to make 3 beds after arriving from a 12 hour car ride. I appreciate that the linens were in a sealed bag and were obviously clean, but making 3 beds (two of them being bunk beds…) was the LAST thing I wanted to do after arriving. Now for the positives… the unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was great. We really did enjoy our vacation at Carolina Beach. Overall, the positives did outweigh the negatives.

The property is in a great location, close to the Boardwalk and restaurants but off the main drag. The condo was very clean and a/c worked great to keep it comfortable. The view was beautiful from the deck. The pool was clean and access to beach was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!
