PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

The weather wasn’t good while we were there so we didn’t spend time at the beach. The location of the house is perfect, quick walk to beach, bars and restaurants. The house lay out is great! Loved that every bedroom had its own private full bathroom. Plenty of chairs to sit around pool and inside of house for our group of 6 women. Our only complaint was communication on check in with the host. We had requested early check in due to our early flight. It would have been better if they had just said no. But instead we got different hopeful answers when we called. We waited at house for the word we could go in as they said they would message us once housekeeping came. No one ever came, we were never notified we could go in, the lock just worked at 4:30. So house was ready all day and they just never let us go in. The other complaint with host was the 2 day all the outlets in all the bathrooms stopped working. We called to report this and was told maintenance would come and get it fixed while we were out. They never came and outlets in bathrooms never worked . With that said we would rent this house again . Just disappointed with real estate communication.

We loved the property and how close the beach and Resturants were to the house. The pool was nice and the house had everything that you could need. We will be returning.

We all really enjoyed our stay.
It had all the amenities you could want.
Our host responded to our questions in a timely manner.
A couple of concerns:
Had to add water to the pool daily.
The outside areas….and the kitchen cabinets need so Tender Loving Care.
