This house is in a nice, cute, safe neighborhood. We were there for an event at NAU and this was just a five minute drive to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and many restaurants are only a 4-10 minute drive away. There is also a whole foods within a few minutes drive.The inside of the house is spacious and clean and was well stocked with the basics (coffee and coffee filters for that first morning before you can get to the store!). The internet worked well, garage was easy to get in and out of, comfortable beds, nice showers and kitchen. We will definitely book this place again for our next NAU visit!

This is a great spot to settle in with your family and explore the surrounding area. Kate was an excellent host. Quick and clear communication. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked better than most with all the pots, pans, baking pans and basic spices plus extra. The hot tub was so great after a long day of hiking, and the BBQ was a great bonus! It was really nice to have a garage door opener for easy access into the unit. The thoughtful details of Kate’s place made our vacation a very memorable one. We would definitely book from Kate again.

Great house, hot tub was super luxurious. Had coffee supplies and all the bathroom amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
