Dit A beautiful vacation home on a 400 m² lot, suitable for 6 adults. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 on the first floor and 1 in an upstairs apartment. On the first floor, there is 1 large bedroom where a crib can easily be added. The upstairs apartment (accessible via an outdoor staircase) opens onto the large rooftop terrace and features a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
There are 4 spacious bathrooms.
1 en suite bathroom in the master bedroom downstairs with a bathtub.
1 bathroom downstairs with a shower, toilet, and sink
1 en suite bathroom in the apartment with a shower, toilet, and sink
1 bathroom at pool level with a shower, toilet, and sink, ideal for use as a changing room before or after swimming.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a refrigerator-freezer, oven, 4-burner gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In addition, there are, of course, plenty of glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, a set of pots and pans, bowls, and other standard kitchen items.
The dining room, which is connected to the kitchen, features a large table and six chairs.
Adjacent to the dining room is the living room, furnished with a three-seater sofa and two club chairs, internet TV, and an air conditioner/heater.
There are three air conditioners and two large ceiling fans to provide the desired cooling. Due to the climate and to avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please do not turn on the air conditioner when doors and windows are open or when you are out. It’s often enough to turn on the air conditioner 15 minutes before going to sleep, with the doors and windows closed.
For those staying through the winter, the air conditioners also provide the necessary warmth.
All relevant windows are equipped with insect screens so you can keep pests out while still letting in fresh air. All windows are equipped with roller shutters that also keep out the heat during the day in the summer.
The entire house is equipped with a professional alarm system. Our key manager will explain how it works to you. Unfortunately, there are thieves in this region who specifically target inattentive tourists. If you’re sunbathing by the pool at the back of the house and haven’t locked the gate at the front or left the kitchen door open, they’ll feel free to strike, causing you all sorts of inconvenience. Always lock your rental car as well, and it’s best to park it on the property behind the gate.
Fortunately, we’ve never had a visit from thieves, but you do hear here and there in the region that it can happen.
Wi-Fi/Internet
You can use free Wi-Fi in and around the house. Our key manager will provide you with the code to connect to the Wi-Fi. We kindly ask that you do not tamper with the router; you will be responsible for any resulting consequences.
Outdoors
The house is situated on a 400m² lot, so there is plenty of space around the house to enjoy the delightful warm and sunny climate. The entire lot is surrounded by walls and also has two lockable gates.
The private pool measures 5x10 meters. The pool has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 meters.
Glassware is not permitted around the pool; this rule is in place primarily for your own safety and that of the pool cleaner. Plastic drinking cups, bowls, and plates are available in the basement for this purpose.
We would also like to strongly remind you of the special rules for the pool. These are posted in the house and have been established for your own health and safety. One of the rules is to use the outdoor shower provided before taking a refreshing dip! If excessive amounts of sunscreen get into the pool, it will compromise the water quality. In exceptional cases, additional chemicals must be added to restore the water to proper condition, which means you may not be able to use the pool for a few days. Of course, nobody wants this to happen, which is why we ask for your cooperation in following the rules.
Swimming is also at your own risk.
There is a petanque court at the front of the house where you can enjoy a game of petanque in the shade.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Villa. Check in was very easy, we were greeted and shown around the villa. The villa was clean and had all the necessities we needed such as washing up liquid, bin bags, cloths, utensils and tin foil etc. The pool is a really decent size for a family of four to play in, and the outside space was great, plenty of sun or shade areas. The only negative is, if you have kids the third bedroom is actually outside on the roof terrace with an ensuite and kitchenette. The room was lovely and great if you have another adult couple or older teenagers, however we had younger children and didn't want them separated from us at night time, so although they wanted separate rooms they had to share the twin room! The area was very quiet, there were a few restaurants a few minutes drive away but we didn't get to eat in them as one was too busy and we hadn't booked. As we had hired a car we explored and went in to the local towns and ports near us. A car is necessary I would say. Communication before the holiday was great, we had no need to contact them during the holiday. We had a great time, thanks very much.

Balmari Villa is a lovely villa, pool is amazing and facilities are excellent for a stay on Campasol. The villa feels like a home from home and is in a quiet area. The pool area is large and the pool is a good size for families. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we have stayed on Campasol in different villas four times and love what it has to offer and its central location to visit many areas near by. Our favourite is Puerto de Mazzeron. I would recommend a car as the villa is not in easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants but Taxi's are available. We would highly recommend the Bulgarian & Picollo's restaurants and the Indian does a great take away. Everyone is very warm and welcoming.We loved our stay here and would book again.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the house.
Our kids enjoyed the holidays, they had almost everythings.
Marco gave us all the needed informations. I defintly recommand this beautiful house.
