✲ NEIGHBORHOOD ✲
The cabin is located in the premier Black Bear Ridge resort community, just a few minutes from the amazing Pigeon Forge attractions. The deck area is private and the views are unobstructed, but the cabin is not secluded, and you may hear noise from neighbors in nearby cabins, particularly when you are outside.
✲ The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters.
✲ MOUNTAIN ROADS ✲
The neighborhood is in the Smoky Mountains, and a short segment of the road to the cabin is fairly steep. Please use caution, particularly when driving in winter conditions.
✲ HOT TUB ✲
You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!
No sitting or standing on side of the hot tub or hot tub cover.
✲ No sitting or leaning on deck railings.
✲ BEARS ✲
It is common to see black bear in the area, though they don't frequently come near the cabin. If you do see a bear, keep your distance and don't keep any food outside.
Do not leave any trash outside of the bear safe trash receptacle.
Please lock doors before leaving on outings and lock your vehicles as well.
✲ LATE CHECKOUT OR EARLY CHECK-IN ✲
You have wisely chosen one of the most popular cabins in the area, which means we stay booked constantly and need as much time as possible to keep things clean and tidy for all our guests!
If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
✲ NO REFUND FOR WEATHER/ NATURAL DISASTERS / POWER OUTAGES / OTHER EVENTS THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.✲
✲ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABIN ✲
While we love our pets, we will not be allowing any pets to join you during your stay. Please respect this policy. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Stayed here with my significant other and it was perfect! So much to do with the pool table, jacuzzi, and hot tub and let’s not forget to mention the incredible views from the patio!! You don’t even feel the need to leave the cabin. This place is incredible! Also the hosts were very communicative and responsive. We will definitely be back again next time we are in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! This was our third year spending Thanksgiving at the mountains and we loved staying here, it was close to the Pigeon Forge main road of attractions. The cabin was good on space in the living room and bedroom however we would have like that the dinning table be a bit bigger. Had trouble fitting our Thanksgiving dinner on there lol, we ended up just leaving on the counter but overall it was good. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I spent the first night after our wedding here together. It was so romantic and perfect and we’ll definitely be back. It was truly a romantic getaway!
