Private cabin, with bath, located in a quiet country setting, close to town and easy access to two Interstate highways. Comfy queen bed, 400 ct sheets. Climate control with state of the art Trane system. Mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker are included. High speed wireless internet and basic cable TV. All varieties of people are welcome here.

We had a great stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free.We especially loved the farm-like atmosphere and all the animals on the property—it added a lot of charm and made for a unique experience. That said, with animals comes some noise, which the host does mention in the post. For us, it was part of the experience, but guests who are light sleepers or prefer complete quiet may want to bring earplugs or a sound machine.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, rural getaway with plenty of character.

My husband and I had a wonderful quick one night stay at Katie’s place on our drive to MA. I picked it cause I absolutely love being around animals and we don’t have any animals right now. I spent time petting and saying hi to most of the animals (including Zelda and Annie the dogs ) and hearing the peacocks (thought it was a cat on our porch at first.)! The little cottage looks rustic on the outside, but is very clean and charming on the inside. The bed is firm, but very comfortable and there is a refrigerator , coffeemaker, plates, and cups to bring a little bit of your own food. Plus a microwave. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Katie and her daughters were lovely.

Very cute cottage that sits on a farm. You can watch the goats and sheep while sipping coffee on the front porch. The cottage is modern with a nice bed, big modern bathroom, and a mini kitchenette with table, keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. The room is not very big though so it would be best for solo travelers or couples. The place is an easy 8 minute drive from Staunton shops and restaurants. I’d definitely stay again for the ambiance, nature, and charm.

The cabin was so cute inside! It was clean, had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was suoer comfortable! Katie, was very welcoming and we enjoyed visiting with her!!
