We loved staying at Harborside Resort! Atlantis is great, but it is nice to get away from the chaos of the main resort at the end of long days. Shuttle services were constant and available. Our room was clean and nice, pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy, but it worked, recommend some new blankets.

Nice place. Check in process can be much better. Should not have to wait for a room after check in time of 4 pm. At that time room should be ready to move in right away. But they make you “hard check out” by 10 am or ready for more charges. Daily cost of high speed internet 25 is too high just for 4 lines. And somehow they block your signal for other internet service plan if you don’t turn off your WiFi. Staff is friendly. Big shout out to all the shuttle drivers, they are very courteous and friendly.
