This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo features luxurious touches throughout paired with beautiful ocean views. Located in sunny Kihei, all of Maui is easy to reach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, plush beach towels and a cooler are all provided. Whether you dine out at a yummy local restaurant or play chef in our fully stocked kitchen, you will love your new home away from home.
The Space:
Welcome to Aloha Chic Penthouse Vistas. A new addition to our family of stylish and luxurious condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm, plumeria and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha!

The Neighborhood:
Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea and Makena, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay! It is the easiest way to get around the island.
Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.
Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.
Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear
Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes down the road.
The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay. The unit is beautifully designed and furnished with great views. Everything was clean and pristine. Just minutes from everything you would want in Kihei.
