This beautifully remodeled 2,000 sq ft home in Linden Hills blends modern style with cozy cottage charm. Just blocks from 50th & France, Lake Harriet, and top dining spots, it’s the perfect getaway. With 3 bedrooms / 8 beds, 2 baths, and flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10, enjoy hotel-quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, sunroom coffee bar, SMART TVs on every level with Youtube TV and your favorite streaming apps, and family-friendly amenities. On the main level, you will find a great sized living room with a large sectional and a 55-inch smart television. There is a dining room and a fully-stocked kitchen! Kitchen ammentiies ingclude a gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher and more. It has a full set of pots, pans, and baking wear. There is a provide Keurig coffee maker, french press, and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee pods, raw sugar, cream, and black tea. The kitchen is also stocked with a blender, hand mixer, a small rice maker, and basic spices.
The upper level features 2 bedrooms and a full-sized bathroom. Bedroom one has a king bed, 2 closets and a wall-mounted smart television. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with queen mattresses and a walk-in closet. Linens are high-quality! The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with a shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and all the towels you need.
The lower level features a bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a lovely family room. The family room has a day bed that pulls out into a nice king-sized bed. There is a wall-mounted smart television in the family room. There is a laundry room in the basement with a full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap, stain remover, dryer sheets, iron and steamer. The house is also stocked with a pack n' play, highchair, stroller, and plastic dishes for our littlest travelers.

We came to Minneapolis for our daughters gymnastic nationals and this house was perfect for our big family! Plenty of sitting room, plenty of beds and wonderful location close to shops, parks and lakes. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again!
