This property has seven bedrooms, five and half bathrooms and is located at the beginning of the Temecula Wine Country. This elegant home can accommodate up to 20 people and is perfect for a family reunion, a corporate retreat, or a group-getaway.
Located a short 15-minute drive from the I-15 FWY this easy and convenient estate is a perfect home base while enjoying your stay in Wine Country for pleasure or business! The property is situated off entirely paved roads and has parking to accommodate a maximum of seven cars.
Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate is made up of a main house, a studio loft apartment located over the properties’ four car garage, and a detached guest house. Each of the three dwellings has its own private entrance for added privacy.
The Estate's main house features five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and over 3200 square feet of spacious living that can sleep up to twelve guests. Chateau Blanc Estate has a grand entrance with a great room that opens to the kitchen and dining room. Right off the great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, koi pond and outdoor barbeque island with refrigerator. Chateau Blanc Estate offers a view of its very own Cabernet Franc vineyard producing local grapes right in the heart of California wine country!
The first floor of the Main Home offers an oversized master suite complete with a California king bed, sitting area, and chandelier-lit spa tub in the master bath. Also, on the main floor is a queen bedroom with a private bath, as well as an extra bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The first-floor rooms can accommodate up to six guests.
On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with California king beds. These luxurious bedrooms share a hall bath. In one of the rooms, there is an additional twin day bed with a pull-out trundle. The second floor can accommodate up to six guests as well, making the total guest accommodations up to twelve in the Main Home.
La Petite Maison Blanc is the estate’s 1200 square foot guest house separate from the Chateau Blanc Estate main house with a Hot Springs spa/hot tub, outdoor barbecue island with refrigerator, parking and separate entrance. The guest house offers a single-story residence with no steps at the entrance, and an open floor plan complete with a fully equipped kitchen, family room, private master suite and custom bathroom.
The family room has a leather love seat with reclining chairs and HDTV. The kitchen is designed with granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, and full-size appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all your kitchen cooking tools. The master suite has California king bed and the luxurious bath has an over sized Travertine shower, vanity, and a full-sized stackable washer and dryer. La Petite Maison Blanc Guest House is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end rollaway beds that you can position to your liking.
La Studio Maison Blanc, is the estate’s 900 square foot loft apartment situated above the garage of the main house, but with a private entrance. You’ll access La Studio Maison Blanc though the etched glass and hardwood door, and find a custom bathroom, vanity and shower, then up the stairs to the second level for the studio loft apartment complete with kitchenette, California king bed, dining area, and family room. The kitchenette includes a sink, small counter space, island cart, Keurig and standard coffee pots, hotel fridge/freezer, and microwave. The dining area has a bar-height table with seating for four to enjoy a meal overlooking the living area furnished with a plush love seat, two side chairs and “smart” TV. La Studio Maison Blanc is ideal for a party of two but can sleep up to four people with the two high-end rollaway beds stored behind the decorative screen.
