The holiday home "U scrusciu ro mari" is the ideal choice for families who are looking for a location near the sea. The house is a new construction of 2019, it includes two independent apartments on the first floor, with independent entrance. Tastefully furnished down to the smallest details with new furniture. They can accommodate up to 5 beds each. Both apartments have 2 small terraces with wonderful sea and mountain side views and are located a few meters from the Avola seafront - pr. Syracuse - Sicily, where there are the beautiful beaches of Borgo Marinaro, La Loggia, Pantanello and the Lido, all reachable on foot. In the area there are all commercial activities (supermarkets, shops, tobacconists, bars) and the most renowned restaurants, pizzerias and pubs.
Each apartment has:
• A large kitchen-living room complete with all necessary equipment: hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine, plus a double sofa bed;
• Double bedroom;
• Bathroom shower, with accessories such as hair dryer, bath towel set and washing machine;
• Small square with large and convenient car park outside with video surveillance.
Offered services:

The beautiful apartment in Avola Sicily did not disappoint. The place is amazing and immaculate. The pool and the gardens are really impressive and just big enough for our family.
Sebastiono (The owner / host). Couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He showed us great hospitality and looked after us and gave great service too with his recommendations.
He provided cycles for use to look around the local areas. Also the use of a parasol for the beach was very good too.
Sebastiono even came out at night to save a parking spot for us. That was always greatly appreciated.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in the beautiful apartment. (U Scrusciu ro Mari)
