The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful condo in a beautiful location. It worked great for our group of four for a long weekend getaway for hiking 14ers. The full size bunkbed at the loft along with two rooms provided a beds for everyone. The steam room and outdoor hot tub were terrific as well.

Great location on the river, right on hiking/biking trails. In the middle of Keystone resort. Condo in great condition with the exception of overhead lighting in the kitchen and dining room. At night too dim.

Great place, easy access to skiing. Only problem, if you need maintenance (like a beeping, dying smoke alarm going off all evening) you can call and email multiple numbers and addresses and no one knows who the owner is or what company is managing the units! No one seems to know! 24 hours of trying and I finally knocked the alarm down myself with a broomstick.
