About this house rental
2 story home with plenty of space for everyone. Boat ramp available for use with stay. 35 to 40 min from Biloxi. A short 10min drive to downtown Bay St. Louis to do some exploring in the shops or to get some delicious food from the many different delicious restaurants. We are located on the Watts canal and only a short boat ride to the mouth of the Jordan. We have cameras outside for security purposes only and we only check them if we need/ have to. Early check in or late check out are possible upon request for a fee of $50.00. Pet fee covers maximum of 2 pets. Additional pets are an additional $20 per pet.

This is a nice home but the owners just need to upgrade a little. A vrbo home should have the necessitys that a home should have upon arrival. We has to go out and buy towels because there was only enough for 4 people and we had 6. We also had to buy pots and pans because there was only 1 skillet with rust stains, 2 small pots, 1rusty bread pan, and plastic plates. They had plenty of silverware which i thought was odd being that we had hard plastic to eat off of. There was personal items left behind in the master bedroom. While cooking breakfast one morning the stove went on the fritz making a beeping noise for about 3 hours. Someone came out to fix the stove which by then was too late to enjoy our breakfast. The barbque grill was in need of cleaning as well. Some of these things only take a litte time to correct if you want a successful rental property.
