About this apartment rental

This quiet apartment is a clean, simple but modern place to stay with all the necessities you may need for a comfortable stay. It is within a mile of St. Joseph’s Hospital, LCSC, the Lewiston Center Mall and the walking trail along the Snake and Clearwater rivers. Lewiston borders Washington with Clarkston within 2 miles. In addition, we are a 40 minute drive from University of Idaho and Washington State University and an 1:45 drive from Spokane, Washington. Please note this is a basement apartment with an additional unit available to rent upstairs called The Tangerine Door if you may need a larger space.🍊

The room was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and functional. I used it mostly for sleeping, so did not take advantage of the full kitchen. I really appreciated that there was ground coffee (I brought my own cream). The grounds were beautiful!

The place was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was cozy and clean and the hosts were fabulous! Would definitely choose to stay again while visiting my son at LCSC.
