As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we can’t wait to host you!

• All BOOKING guests must be at least 21+ years of age (except children accompanied by their parents) and present during the entire stay. No exceptions.
• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period (including damage done by pets) which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
• No refund for weather-related issues, or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No pets
• No parties
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Trailers are not allowed in Parking Lot

It was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint! It was an easy check in experience, the condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, super nice bathroom with a great stand alone tub, I could go on and on. There was plenty of parking and a great location. Highly recommend! We will be staying here again!
