For rent beautiful 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Miraflores, on a quiet back street 2 blocks behind the exclusive JW Marriot Hotel. Also 2 blocks from the famous Malecon of Miraflores (Board walk) great for jogging, biking, walking etc. and the majestic view of the Costa Verde and the Pacific Ocean. 3 blocks form Larco Mar, the best and most exclusive mall in Miraflores, great for shopping, dinning, pubs and more. Few minutes walking distance from Barranco, the bohemian district of Lima.
Just like home, the apartment comes with full equipped kitchen, laundry area, TV on the bedroom (42' 3D LCD TV) Local cable, free internet connection. Comfortable dinning room; one double bedroom fully furnished with queen size bed and a portable A/C . The apartment is in the 4th and last floor of a building with only one apartment per floor; no elevator available, so not recomended for people with health troubles or other problems with stairs.

We enjoyed bein here especially because of the location so close to our favorite restaurants, convenience to stores and shops.

Everything beautiful, we stay at the 4th floor and this building did not have an elevator. For young and energetic people it is perfect but for a 65 and 72 old persons is definitely not. The location is excellent and it is surrounded with many good restaurants and it is 2 1/2 blocks from LarcoMar.

A comfortable one bedroom apartment, with a separate living room and kitchen area, as well as washer and dryer outside the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Note that there is no hot water in the kitchen sink. Location is a short walk away from Larcomar.
Hugo and Ursula, the hosts, were very quick to respond and very helpful and nice. ( Hugo even helped to lug our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs!)
