About this villa rental
The house is located just behind Club Nàutic S'Arenal, a short walk from the famous S'Arenal beach, in a quiet neighborhood.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom adapted for wheelchairs, as well as a private garage, gym, and sauna. The first floor features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and three bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed, and one with a trundle bed for two. These last two bedrooms share a private bathroom. On the second floor, there are four more bedrooms: two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with two single beds, and another with a trundle bed. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway.
There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and streaming, three cots, and two high chairs for children. The house offers a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, a ping-pong table, and a fenced pool. There is also a furnished terrace on the first floor with fantastic sea views. The main bedrooms on the second floor also have terraces with stunning views.
Shops, restaurants, and S'Arenal beach are just a 5-minute walk away.
Rules:
- Groups under 30 years old are not allowed (unless traveling with family). No parties, loud noise, or music after 10 p.m.
- Do not use our towels at the beach.
- All lights and air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the house.
- Please empty the trash regularly.
- No pets or smoking indoors.
- Pool maintenance staff comes every Wednesday around 3 p.m. This does not include cleaning the house, terrace, or barbecue.

This is without any reservations an amazing Villa. It is very specious with ample furniture such as sunbeds, tables, chairs both for inside and outside use. It easily accommodated our family of 9 made up of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The pool was large and a fabulous dedicated barbecue area. Plenty of areas to share both sun and shade in comfort. The kitchen was well stocked and had two fridge freezers, with a further fridge in the garage. It certainly lived up to our expectations and the description on the website. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area. The host (Jaume) was friendly and reacted to an issue we had the same day which was fixed without inconvenience to us. The contact through WhatsApp was excellent and very convenient. We could not ask for more. We really had a wonderful holiday. I can unreservedly recommend this Villa as one of the best we have stayed in. Book early!!

Property had everything that you could want for a family stay. Location is great for the beach and shops.
Not a great choice of places to eat, but that's fine if you are cooking at home.

We had a 5 night trip with 12 person. Great house - the pics are true. Pool is very nice. Also location is fine - just a few steps ahead of the start of the Playa.

Stunning, spacious property. Perfect for our large family birthday celebration. So many places to sit and relax, so many activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool, the table tennis and the bikes were all a great hit. The location, near to the beach, restaurants and souvenir shops ( for the grand children) was also perfect, walkable distance, so did not hire cars, used taxis for trips into Palma, very reasonable.
Loved the outside eating area, by the BBQ and on the terrace. The weather was just right for us, not too hot, as late in the season, but plenty of shade if had been needed.
All in all a great week, thank you.
