The screened in porch/breezeway offers plenty of space to entertain to include a roomy swim spa; a complete system for swimming, exercise and relaxation. A back gate just off the porch leads down to a dry creek offering a welcoming location for exploring nature. A propane grill can be found in the garage area for those who want to get their grill on.
