About this house rental
Enjoy the tranquility in a newly renovated Provencal farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards. The house is divided into two apartments with 85 m² (Cabrol) and 60m² (Fortunie). The property is characterized by a large swimming pool (10m x 4m), a separate entrance, a private terrace separated and the lovingly designed private garden area. All of this can be found in a large altbewachsenen plot (2700 m²). The quiet location ensures complete recovery in a southern ambiance.
"Fortunie" is located in the Gard Provencale two km outside of Goudargues, the 'Venice of the Gard's Provencale'. You will find many restaurants / cafes, shops and all necessary medical care (in German). There are also a variety of cultural activities: opera in Orange, jazz concerts in Cornillon, classical music concerts throughout Gard Provencale, Papal Palace in Avignon, Pont du Gard. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The active leisure has whitewater / biking, horseback riding, caves, marked hiking trails to choose from. The contemplative can choose between treats, wine tasting, outdoor theater / music, exhibitions (6 painters in the village and a potters) and pleasant idleness. Pets are welcome for a small extra charge.
In addition, a diverse local cultural activities right on your doorstep (z. B. in the open-air theater in Cornillon in the ruined castle) and in the Vallee Ceze (z. B. Jazz Festival, Spanish and Latin American evenings).
Who loves sport and exercise, here is a fragmentary activity range without end: Cycling as Dörfererkundungstour- or mountainous challenge. Canoeing as white water sports in the nearby Ardeche, as a family outing or dreamy river exploration in the Valle de la Ceze. Rock climbing than hiking or increase to with the use of ropes and hooks and leaders. Manege riding, trail riding, riding lessons on the doorstep. Well organized hiking on any difficulty level with much or little solitude. Innumerable caving provide dramatic impressions each other by surprise. Especially the months of April / May and September / October are a great way to explore the good designated trails.

We had such a great time there, Simon the Owner, a really nice, down to earth guy, we love him! Definitely a great place to stay, the pool was nice too. We come back asap.
