Welcome to the Arizona Desert! Villas West was built in 1965 as an adult community far ahead of its time. Comfortable single bedroom with queen bed. Living Room has new recliner and new sleeper sofa/futon and new paint. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and plenty of storage. Roomy bathroom has low-threshold shower. Wheelchair accessible. All utilities and wireless internet is included. Property is smoke-free inside and out. East facing roofed patio has comfortable seating, umbrella shade and dining. Full laundry in the back patio shed. Amenities include Green Valley Recreation Privileges (Tenant fees apply). Cleaning fee is $100. NOTE: this property has a 30 day minimum stay requirement per HOA by laws.
Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping. The kitchen was sweet. I loved having laundry facilities right there. The neighbors were kind and friendly. I would gladly stay there again.

Host was very welcoming and addressed us quickly when we had an issue. Everything is the Vrbo was in good condition and clean when we arrived.

I stayed at Sylvia's casita for several months and pretty much lacked for nothing. Very comfy and homey. Even has on-site washer/dryer which is rare and awesome for longer stays. Thanks Sylvia, may visit again!
