It has a lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 1 Television, washing machine, iron, community swimming pool + children's pool open during the season, outdoor parking in the same building.
The American kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor of Torre Principado building, commercial name BenidormBooking.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.
- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

The apartment was modern, clean, amazing views (the pics used are what you will get!! Even that deep blue sea!). Everything you'll need is right there in the apartment so it made me feel right at home. Solid security door, low noise from outside. Absolutely I'll be staying here again next time. Thank you!
The lifts. This isn't the owners fault. This is the building owners. They're slow, extremely slow. But they work and at the 23rd floor I'm glad they did! Haha.

Location was great, modern apartment, very secure and easy to access on arrival.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. As always. I have spent my time at las damas a few times now and the refurbishment of the apartment 23C was lovely.
We are ladies in our 60s and having to walk down to the office at 5.30 in the morning to drop the keys in was both tiring and felt vulnerable. Why could there not be a post box at apartment?
