Adorable 2 bedroom/1 bath Acadian cottage nestled underneath an incredible historic oak tree. Located at the rear of a beachfront home with private parking and a fenced in yard. The home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable (see reviews). Enjoy your coffee or cocktail sitting on the front porch with wonderful views of the bay. Ideal for walking/cycling to the beach and/or to Old Town, Churches and the Depot area. Pets subject to approval.

The cottage is behind the main house. It’s a very nice property close to the beach. Checkin and check out was easy. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately the cottage was very filthy.. it was straighten up but not clean. There was someone’s retainer was on the kitchen counter. The couch has dog hair on it. The corners of the floor and all the cracks crevices and porch and sills were dirty. Otherwise would have loved it. The owner was nice and we let him know about the situation.
