About this apartment rental

This luxurious ocean view apt, features an open plan living / kitchen area, 2 beds and 1 family bathroom, private plunge pool and infinity pool on the property. Located in the quiet, upscale area of Cap Estate with beautiful sweeping views.

This two bed / one bathroom great value self catering apartment, suitable for 2 - 4 guests, forms part of the newly constructed South Sea House. It is located in a quiet cul de sac road in the upscale area of South Hills, Cap Estate.

The apartment enjoys seclusion with a private balcony w/ plunge pool and private parking. The balcony enjoys cooling breezes with beautiful views across to the ocean and golf course. The property is very secure with an automatic gated entry and is fully fenced.

The apartment boasts a light, bright open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, stove, fridge, blender, dining table, washing machine, Smart TV (32' ) with Amazon Firestick (accounts for Netflix and Disney + are included). Free wireless fibre internet.

The air conditioned bedrooms in this two bed unit share a large family high spec bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds, which can also be converted into one king size bed.


In addition to the private apartment with its' own balcony and plunge pool, there is a beautiful infinity edge pool on the property available for guest use.

We live on the property so are always around to assist guests if needed. We will meet guests on arrival and show them around the apartment and property.

The property is located in Cap Estate, an upscale and popular area for vacation rentals, and has beautiful sweeping views over the golf course and Atlantic Ocean. The wonderful quiet location benefits from cooling ocean breezes. Pigeon Island beach is 1 mile away and Cas En Bas beach (Cotton Bay beach) is less than a mile. This vast, unspoilt stretch of sandy beach is popular with wind and kite surfers. The Cap Estate Golf and Country Club with its 18 hole championship golf course is only 5 mins drive away.

All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are 5-10 mins drive away as are other beautiful beaches - Pigeon Island, Smugglers Cove and Reduit beach. The newly renovated Rodney Bay Marina, with its restaurants, shops, boat hire and coastal tours is only 5 mins drive away.


Car hire is recommended or use of taxis. There is a beach less than a mile away within walking distance.

The property is fenced with an automatic gate; dual power sockets (USA & UK) are fitted throughout the apartment, so power adaptors are not needed; a local prepaid cellphone is supplied for guests to make local calls; airport pick up can be arranged; baby sitting service can be arranged. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis.

We loved the security and quiet peacefulness during our stay. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful when we needed some assistance finding our way in the dark on our drive from the airport on check in. After that it was no problem finding our way around the beautiful island to explore some of the most beautiful sites we have ever seen in the Caribbean. Our unit was very clean and spacious. We felt safe and secure and loved being away from the hotels and tourist areas. The views from the units are stunning and peaceful. A perfect relaxing getaway with great restaurants not far when we wanted to leave. I have already booked our 2nd stay.

Our hosts Jerome & Karen were friendly and helpful from providing a taxi driver for the duration of our stay to suggesting places to visit. Their home with multiple units was a very good deal for the price. The grounds are well kept and the home is located in Cap Estate which is a higher end neighborhood. It is located slightly outside of Rodney Bay and a 5 min. drive to Pigeon island where there is a beautiful beach. You will need a car or taxi to get around. We used Francis for our taxi needs but he was actually our personal tour guide for most of our stay. Driving the winding unmarked roads are best left to the experts, which clearly Francis is. The international airport is located on the southern part of the island, it took us 1.5 hours to drive to the condo which is in the northern most part of island. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations and absolutely loved Saint Lucia.

Karen and Jerome offer a lovely apartment and great hospitality - South Sea House was perfect for our family. The reviews are very accurate- the unit was clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed, and the entire property is beautiful. Our boys loved playing in the pool. Karen was very helpful answering questions before we arrived, and arranged a driver for our airport transfer. She also referred us to rental car that was able to deliver and pickup to the apartment, which was very helpful. Based on the reviews, we also booked a day on the water with Jerome, which was a highlight of our entire trip. (Book in advance, he is rightfully busy during high season!) They fully deserve the highest recommendation!

Where do I start? My family and I arrived to a warm welcome by the owners Karen and Jerome. We were given a quick orientation of our gorgeous two bedroom apartment with private plunge pool and amazing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, and the larger infinity pool that is shared with other guests. Although one of three apartments on the property where the owners also live, our apartment felt very private and secluded in a quiet part of the North of St.Lucia whilst still being close enough to all the activities of Rodney Bay when we felt like being a bit more social. Everything we needed to cook our own meals and even do some laundry was provided even though we ate most of our meals out. Karen and Jerome were able to help with all of our questions on local tours, hire cars, eateries etc. One of the highlights was a day trip (including snorkelling) to Marigot Bay and Anse Cochon Beach, Anse La Ray via Jerome's water taxi - Israel King Tours. Highly recommended and one of the best ways to see the beautiful coast and Pitons. We loved the beaches and all our outings but going back to the apartment sanctuary at the end of each day was definitely better than any five star hotel we could have stay at. Our two week stay went too quickly and we're looking forward to planning our next trip back. Will definitely be back to stay in one of these gorgeous apartments :-)
