Summer Salt Life on Lot 47 on Paprika Lane in popular Summer Salt subdivision of Orange Beach, AL is a professionally decorated home with exceptional furnishings including an over-sized sofa in the family room. The High Speed WiFi along with the most up to date Smart TVs make it the perfect destination for the most selective guest traveling to the beautiful sugary white shores of Orange Beach, AL. The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs for guests to enjoy while watching the beautiful sunsets. This home will quickly become your favorite Orange Beach vacation getaway as you will find that its definitely a cut above the normal vacation beach rentals.

Primary Bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2)
2nd Bedroom: King Bed with one twin bunk (sleeps 3)
3rd Bedroom: 2 Queens and 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 6)
4th Bedroom: 2 Triple Bunks (sleeps 6)
The Summer Salt community features a large beautiful zero entry pool / fire pit along with
very nice on site bathrooms.
Summer Salt Life Lot 47 is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, (located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking".
The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk.
You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for the biking, running or walking enthusiast head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of
trails.

* Parking for 4 cars, SUVs, or pickup trucks. Property has FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE, additional parking available.
* No pets allowed!!
* No rentals to adults under 25
* Garbage: Twice a week pickup on Tuesdays & Thursdays ***Carts should be out the night before or by 6 a.m. the day of service***
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
