About this apartment rental

The studio / apartment is completely new from 2016 and decorated with new modern furniture. It's located close to the railway station (1 km), the Zoo (1 km), the theater area (500 m), ... Restaurants, shops, all cultural and historical buildings are a walk away. Public transport (bus, tram) is 100m from studio. A public underground parking is at 100m from the studio. The area around the studio is clean and safe. City bike rental is 100m from the studio. The building was renovated in 2015 and is very clean and nice. The studio contains a bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. The kitchen has an oven, a griddle, a dishwasher, a sink, a refrigerator ... Staying in our studio also means you'll get a nice breakfast from us (juice, little breads, croissant, chocolate bread, musli, corn flakes, coffee, ...). There are two big box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) accomodating four persons. Enjoy the balcony view and the lovely city of Antwerp!

The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The hosts provided very generous amounts of breakfasts and drinks - there was even a coffee machine with a box of pods. The location was good for walking to the Old Town, the station and the Art Nouveau quarter (Cogels-Osylei), and nearby park. Anneke was very friendly and informative.

The spacious loft feels very appropriate for the cool city of Antwerp with all it's art and fashion. The hosts are super nice and really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The apartment is located at busy street close to the city center. That makes it a handy starting point to explore the city but also accounts for some traffic noise.

The apartment is spacious and bright. Great internet. Well stocked for stuff you need to cook, such as salt, pepper, oils, etc. It is centrally located. And just across the street from one of the best coffee shops in Antwerp (Caffeination). Stephane is extremely helpful and makes sure your stay goes off without a hitch. I highly recommend.

This studio was amazing. As soon as my kids walked in the place they immediately felt like home. There were books and toys for them to play as well the tv. The place was clean and well-equipped - cooked a few meals and used washer/dryer. The location is a short walk to the old city quarter, shops and De Lijn stops and Antwerpan-Centraal (which allowed the convenience for day trips to Ghent and Bruge). I highly recommend this place.

We stayed a week in Antwerp, this apartment was really fantastic. Stephane and An welcomed us and showed the apartment, they even had stocked the fridge with breakfast basics! The location is great, apartment very clean and beds were really comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment, located just ten minutes walk to Grotte Markt and shopping & restaurants zone. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, it is even better than the photos.Stephane & Annecke are a wonderful couple, they are very helpfull. You will find many things for breakfast!! Apartment higly recommend.

We stayed in June 2018. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The owner and on-site manager were accomodating when we arrived late because of a flight delay. It's in a nice neighborhood and a short walk from the central tourist area

Consider this text an insider tip. Lodging at Stéphane's apartment will enrich your stay in Antwerp, itself a delightful place to be if you wish to get to know Flanders. You will be located just a few minutes on foot from three major tram lines. There is shopping in the neighborhood. You are right near the City Park, moreover, getting anywhere downtown is possible on foot: ten to twenty minutes away, walking leisurely. To top it off, the apartment is on the sixth floor of a building with lift - with a balcony. It's like sitting on top of the world. Lucky you, if you stay in this spacious studio with all the creature comforts.
