The Space:
Located just minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs in an up-and-coming neighborhood, guests will enjoy a quiet getaway nestled among tree-lined streets, offering easy access to all the reasons travelers visit (and love) the Springs.
Details, natural light, color and quality — this home invites a comfortable stay. Along with modern, quality appointments, the outdoor spaces are superb. Enjoy a quiet, cool Colorado evening under the stars as you fire up the grill on the private patio, surrounded by roses in bloom; or relax under the gazebo in the hot tub lit by the calm orange glow of the Edison lighting. Big trees, green spaces…all invite you to relax, and rest, especially after a long day of experiencing all the natural and built wonder that Colorado Springs has to offer.
Sleeping accommodations: Three separate bedrooms. Bedroom One: King bed || Bedroom Two: Queen Bed || Bedroom Three: Queen Bed.
When you first enter the home, you are greeted with a lovely kitchen with new appliances, and all the essentials you might need for cooking up a delicious meal. Coffee included. Right next to the kitchen is a dining area. Past the dining area is a spacious living room with a 55 inch TV and a brand new beautiful, glass rock gas fireplace right below it; perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking and Colorado adventures. The living room also includes large, slanted windows that give you a great view of the front yard and plenty of natural light. The bathroom has been recently rejuvenated with new flooring a brand new sink. Excellent quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for your convenience, along with fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths .
-Each bedroom includes its own Dressers, nightstands, and closets with lots of room for storage.
-Plenty of private parking provided! The detached garage is available for guests, however it will probably not fit large trucks or SUVs.
Guest Access:
This home is completely private to you. You have access to the entire house, including the grounds and inviting, verdant, private backyard. Unfortunately, the garage and parking spot in front of the garage are not available for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a wonderful neighborhood just north of Downtown and close to the Olympic Training Center, Colorado College and Patty Jewett Golf Course and Clubhouse—the Springs' oldest municipal Golf Course (which incidentally has an amazing, under-utilized grill and patio open to the public, with incredible views of Pikes Peak!)
Getting Around:
We recommend that you have or rent a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Bus schedule provided upon request!
Other Things to Note:
ATTENTION:
* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* No Parties or Events
* Garbage bins are located in the back alley.
- When operating the living room blinds, ensure button is pressed before retracting or closing.
- Remote for fireplace is located on mantle, be sure to turn off fireplace after you have finished using. (Pilot light will stay on)
- Please park in the designated areas. Do no block the neighbors driveway in the back of the house.
-The property is not fully fenced, there are open areas where dogs can escape.
-We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
🐶Dog Policy:
This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

We loved it great neighborhood very quiet,and an excellent host ,we accidentally broke a plate but the host was awesome with a fast response on what our options were to fix the problem.we would recommend anyone staying.

We LOVED our stay at this property. It was an excellent choice for my husband and our kids ranging in age from 3-8 years old. The house was well stocked with bath towels, towels for the hot tub, laundry detergent, dish soap, and even coffee for your first morning there. Communication was easy and their response time was fast!
The place was impecably clean. We would stay here again. Just know that you can tell it's not hosted by an individual. It's missing a few of those welcoming touches, but it's by and large a great choice!

The house is in a great location and is a decent size. The hot tub is nice and the yard is good if you have dogs. It is NOT fenced so you'll need to keep an eye on your pets.
Some aspects of the house are a little noisy, like the floors, thin walls and door latches. The beds are very comfortable. . The AC is nice and cold.

Good location to everything in Colorado Springs. Very old house with lots of issues. Worst part was the security. It's in a rundown area near downtown accessed through a back alley and no way to lock the door manually. The only lock is a keypad that you can't lock from outside and the bock is broken. The old wood floors are very creaky around the bedrooms. If one person gets up, everyone wakes up. The one bathroom is old and has a bad layout. There are three TVs only one would work. The hot tub was clean, but in the middle of the backyard open to the sketchy back alley. The beds were comfortable. The laundry was nice to have. The kitchen is well stocked with essential dishes and cookware. The photos are deceptive. Most of the outdoor furniture is not what you would want to sit on. We were given the wrong code to get in the door and had to wait to get a generic code. Overall, we would not stay there again.
