Host agency, Bender Vacation rentals, seemed very organized, attentive and responsive. The view & balcony were amazing! Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, amenities great. Many extras were appreciated (throws, Kuerig, icemaker, etc). Mardi Gras events on Orange Beach & in the Wharf area were an unexpected highlight we enjoyed immensely!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! With us being a smaller facility, the beach in front was not near as busy as to the left and right of it, which was very nice. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning late evening. The condo itself was very cozy.

Some of the condo was updated....and some badly needs it. Master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the tub needs replacing. Most of problems were small things like bad outlets, light globes not matching in same fixture etc. Biggest problem is the ongoing renovations on the building. Concrete saws and sanders all day long. Started at 7:30 am, and couldnt use balconies at all. Just wish we had been told in advance instead of when we checked in.
